About the course
FACE-TO-FACE AND ON-LINE SYNCHRONOUS It is aimed at teachers or trainee teachers wishing to make a career in the teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). The first part of the course provides both a theoretical and practical approach to the most relevant aspects of the language teaching and learning process, focusing on Spanish as a Foreign Language. It will be review basic concepts related to comminicative competence as well as other subcompetences, communicative activities and evaluation in the ELE classroom.
It will introduce Spanish learner corpora, analysing their practical applications and go through some of the specific materials used in this area, analysing the possibilities that the new forms of communication offer in the ELE classroom. It will also review the contribution of the main reference documents in the area of language teaching, namely the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and the Syllabus of the Instituto Cervantes.
The second part of the course will consist of a series of observation practices in the ELE classroom.

Our cancellation policy:

a. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the office of Cursos
Internacionales.
b. If the course is cancelled 15 days before the start date, If a course is cancelled 15 days prior to its start date, the student will not be entitled to any refund. If it is cancelled before that 15-day period prior to its start date, the student will be refunded the fees less €200. Changing accommodation once the course has started may be implemented at an additional charge of €100.
